This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics tools. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server; no data is passed to third parties when you visit.

Visiting the website

When you visit, the server processes technically necessary data such as your IP address in order to deliver the pages (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not keep access logs containing this data.

Waitlist

When you join the waitlist we store your business's name, your e-mail address, the city, the language you chose and the times of sign-up and confirmation. You receive an e-mail with a confirmation link; only after confirming are you on the list (double opt-in). We use this information only to invite you to the launch of Terminero and to set up your access. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Retention and withdrawal

We delete unconfirmed entries after 7 days. We keep confirmed entries until your access is set up and delete them no later than 30 days after that, or as soon as you withdraw your consent. You can withdraw at any time with an informal e-mail to us; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing up to that point.

Service providers

The website and our mailbox are operated for us by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus, on servers in the European Union. We have a data processing agreement with Hostinger (Art. 28 GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Terminero application

This policy applies to terminero.com. The booking platform and the application for businesses have their own privacy notices.
